We understand that purchasing a hat online may be difficult. We are here to help and encourage all customers to get in touch, either by phone or email if you have any questions.
We are always happy to assist you with your styling needs if you cannot visit us in the studio. We love to recommend which hats may suit our customers, the outfit and occasion.
Once you've placed your order online, we will email you an estimate time to create and deliver your hat. We will email the tracking number once your hat leaves our studio.
TIME REQUIRED TO MAKE YOUR HAT
All hats are handmade to order.
Please allow up to 21 working days for us to create your hat after placing your order. All hats are made to the highest standard with utmost attention to detail, which always requires a little extra time.
From June 20th 2020, we are offering free worldwide shipping.

INTERNATIONAL URGENT REQUESTS
If you wish to upgrade your shipping times, we offer a Global Express 1-2 working day service.
The cost of this service varies between £40-£70 (depending on the size/weight of your parcel).
ALL PARCELS CAN BE TRACKED AND WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.
DUTIES & TAXES
The customer is responsible for any duties, customs charges or taxes which must be paid at the point of entry into the destination country.
We cannot be held responsible for delays once the item has been dispatched due to customs clearance or unforeseen events. All prices on this website exclude taxes and charges in your relevant country.
If you need a hat for an event sooner, please contact us to place a ''rush'' order. This service incurs an extra fee to cover labour costs and material expenses.
*To make your hat in under 1 week will incur a 20% fee.
*To make your hat in under 2 weeks will incur a 10% fee.
In the event that you receive your item damaged, please ensure the courier marks the item as damaged on delivery, prior to signing for your parcel. Please provide us with photographs of the damaged goods within 5 days.
All orders are carefully packaged in a high quality black & white striped hat box with tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy double layer cardboard box. This ensures protecting of your hat through it's journey to you.
Our Hats are Made to Order, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, we endeavour to ensure all of our customers are completely happy, so please get in touch if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will see what we can do to resolve the issue. If you wish to cancel your order, please call the studio.
Small variations in colour, size and design may occasionally happen and are a unique feature of the handcrafted process.
