We are here to help and will guide you to hat shapes, colours & materials which perfectly suit you and your outfit.

Can I visit you to try on hats?

Due to covid-19, our studio appointments are on hold, however, we are offering free Virtual Appointments.

Yes, we now offer an At-Home appointment service (within Dublin).

What do I need to bring to an appointment?

Your Outfit and any Accessories you plan to wear. Our 45-minute appointments are friendly and relaxed.

Can the hat be matched to my outfit?

Absolutely, we specialise in this Bespoke Service.

Will you need my head measurement?

Only for specific hats worn on the crown of the head, such as a trilby.

What procedures are in place with Covid-19?

Your safety is paramount. Hand sanitiser will be provided. Please wear a mask, unless you are exempt. Areas are regularly cleaned and social distancing measure remain in place as much as possible during your appointment. In person appointments last 45 minutes, so please ensure you arrive on time.

I live abroad, how do I order from you?

Please place an order through our website, selecting your location at checkout.

What happens when I place an order?

We will email you on receipt of your order to confirm and check the expected lead-time & delivery date.

Once route we will send you the tracking number.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We appreciate the uncertainly with special occasions right now – please call us immediately if you wish to make any changes.

*If your hat has begun being made, we cannot cancel your order.

How will I receive my hat?

All orders are carefully packaged in a high quality black & white striped hat box with acid-free tissue paper.

Your Hat box is placed inside a double layer cardboard box, surrounded by biodegradable bubblewrap.

As colours shown on screens vary, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the hat you receive and how it appears on your individual screen.

COSTS

Can I order over the phone?

We don’t accept credit card payments over the phone at this time.
You can order through our website, or email us to make a bank transfer or PayPal payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards & Paypal.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, we can accept instalments on some of our hats. Please email us so we can arrange this with you.

How much is postage?

We offer free worldwide standard shipping on orders over €190

Do you pay duties & taxes?

The customer is responsible for any duties, customs charges or taxes paid at the point in your destination country.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

How long will my hat take to arrive?

As most of our hats are made-to-order, please allow 7-21 days for your hat to be created

What if I need my hat urgently?
Please contact us to place a ”rush order” delivery. We will advise delivery times + cost, based on your destination.

*To rush your order through in under 1 week, will incur a 20% fee.
*To rush your order through in under 2 weeks, will incur a 10% fee.

I've received my hat, but the parcel is damaged?

Please ensure the courier marks the item as damaged on delivery, prior to signing for your parcel.

Please provide us with photographs of the damaged goods within 5 days.

How is your hats packaged?

Your hat is packaged in a hexagonal Black & White hat box. It is well surrounded with layers of tissue paper to protect the hat during it’s journey. The Hat box sits inside a double wall cardboard box and will be lined with eco bubble wrap.

Do I need to be at home to receive my hat?
Yes, all parcels will require a signature on delivery.
What if I cannot be at home to receive this?
If you are not at home to receive the parcel, you will be left a note with instructions for how to collect this from your local postal office or depot.

RETURNS

Can I return the hat I bought online?

Yes, you can return products bought online. Returns charges are payable by the customer
Please refer to our Online Returns Policy. Please note bespoke hats which have been made to order are not returnable.
