Only for specific hats worn on the crown of the head, such as a trilby.

I live abroad, how do I order from you?
Please place an order through our website, selecting your location at checkout.
What happens when I place an order?
We will email you on receipt of your order to confirm and check the expected lead-time & delivery date.
Once en route we will send you the tracking number.
How will I receive my hat?
All orders are carefully packaged in a high quality black & white striped hat box with acid-free tissue paper.
Your Hat box is placed inside a double layer cardboard box, surrounded by biodegradable bubblewrap.

As colours shown on screens vary, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the hat you receive and how it appears on your individual screen.
APPOINTMENTS
Can I visit you to try on hats?
Due to covid-19, our studio appointments are on hold, however, we are offering free Virtual Appointments.
Can you come to my home?
Yes, we now offer an At-Home appointment service (within Dublin).
What do I need to bring to an appointment?
Your Outfit and any Accessories you plan to wear. Our appointments last up to 60 minutes and are friendly and relaxed.
What procedures are in place with Covid-19?
Your safety is paramount. Hand sanitiser will be provided. Please wear a mask, unless you are exempt. Areas are regularly cleaned and social distancing measures remain in place as much as possible during your appointment. In-person appointments last up to 60 minutes, so please ensure you arrive on time.
Payments
Can I order over the phone?
We don’t accept credit card payments over the phone at this time.
You can order through our website, or email us to make a bank transfer or PayPal payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit and debit cards & Paypal.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we can accept instalments on some of our hats. Please email us so we can arrange this with you.
How much is postage?
Free Standard Worldwide Shipping with An Post on Bespoke and Made-to-Order Hats over €190.
Sample Sale Hats are delivered with An Post – flat rate €25.00.
Free Collection available from our studio.
Do you pay duties & taxes?
The customer is responsible for any duties, customs charges or taxes paid at the point of entry to your destination country.
We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
DELIVERY
How long will my hat take to arrive?
This depends on the hat & your destination.
Most of our Hats are Handmade-To-Order and take 14-21 days for your hat to be created + shipping time to your destination country.
How long does shipping take?
We ship our Hats with An Post. Delivery time estimates are:
IRE: 1-2 working days
UK: 3-5 working days
US: 5-10 working days
EU: 4-8 working days
WORLDWIDE: 5-12 working days
What if I need my hat urgently?
If you need your hat sooner than our Standard Free Shipping Service on Made-To-Order Hats, you have 2 options:
1. Contact us to upgrade your shipping method.
2. Depending on how soon you need your hat, you may wish to place a ”rush” order.
This incurs a fee to cover additional labour / express material expenses.
Cost: Under 14 days – Hat price + 10%
I've received my hat, but the parcel is damaged?
Please ensure the courier marks the item as damaged on delivery, prior to signing for your parcel.
Please provide us with photographs of the damaged goods within 5 days.
How is your hats packaged?
Your hat is packaged in a hexagonal Black & White hat box. It is well surrounded with layers of tissue paper to protect the hat during it’s journey. The Hat box sits inside a double wall cardboard box and will be lined with eco bubble wrap.
Do I need to be at home to receive my hat?
What if I cannot be at home to receive this?

What if I need to cancel my order?
Please call us immediately to discuss your order.
We do not offer full refunds on hats once your hat has already begun being made.
If we have only ordered materials, but not begun work on your hat, you will be charged for materials only.
Can I return the hat I bought online?
Hats, as seen on the website / Sample Sale hats, may be returned to us unworn within 7 days of receipt.
Please call or email us as soon as you’ve received your hat, confirming your wishes to return the hat and we will follow with instructions.
Returns postage and associated costs are payable by the customer – we recommend insuring the parcel against loss or damage. We do not accept hat returns that have been worn, marked or damaged, they must be entirely in their original condition and packed carefully in their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds on Bespoke hats or Custom orders.
(i.e. where a hat’s design has been altered to your specific requirements or where a hat has been made for you in a specific colour).
*We do not offer full refunds on hats once already in work.
If we have ordered materials, but not begun creating your hat – you may be charged material costs only.
