Joanne Edwards Millinery collaborates with Sassoon Academy

Earlier this Year I was asked to collaborate with Sassoon Academy London to create a range of modern perspex headpieces for the Sassoon Academy (Shanghai) Collection ”Underpass”.

For more than 60 years, Sassoon has pioneered, created and maintained an innovative and chic style of hair Design. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such a talented brand again.

With the unique vision of Creative Director Mark Hayes, we worked together to design dramatic forms in a variety of spectacular neon shades, from Lava Orange and Neptune Blue to Helios Yellow and Mars Red – the array of colours were truly captivating!

I’m delighted to be able to share a few of the final pieces styled by Sassoon Academy (Shanghai) with you….
