Hats, as seen on the website and Sample Sale hats, may be returned to us unworn within 7 days of receipt.
Please call or email us as soon as you’ve received your hat, confirming your wish to return the hat with your reason. We will follow with instructions.
Returns postage and associated costs are payable by the customer.
We do not accept returns on any Bespoke hats or Custom orders. (i.e. Whereby a hat is made to your specific requirements/or in a specific colour)
We do not offer refunds on hats once they’ve begun being made. If we have ordered materials, but not begun making your hat,
you will be charged material costs only.
The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach our premises. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and insuring your parcel against loss or damage.
We do not accept hat returns which have been worn, marked or damaged. Hats must be in their original condition and original packaging.

We will refund your payment method once we receive your hat back in its original condition. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement. The cost of shipping your hat to you (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
We do not offer refunds on any duties or taxes, paid to receive any international deliveries.
